Goal

To disrupt the world of shitty management by providing automated shitty management that scales at Web-scale, synergizing efficiencies and eliminating redundancies by bringing its own redundancy.

At ASSMaaS, it all began with a moment of clarity: There are a lot of shitty managers out there, and while managing well is a challenging, multi-faceted discipline, automating shitty management is an almost trivial engineering problem. We recognize countless companies have soared to middling heights with nothing but shitty managers and the employees who’ve been subjected to them, and soon we’ll be offering these companies a cost savings in the form of shitty managers who never sleep, never eat, never dream. These cold, emotionless machines will more efficiently produce meaningless tasks and distractions to create the illusion of progress and real hardworking busyness.
